The Woke Coach recently participated in the Carlson Women’s Leadership conference. She facilitated the session Making Waves: Opening Doors for Women in Male-Dominated Fields and presented her signature workshop, Moving From Ally to Accomplice . The workshop was an engaging, intimate interaction about allyship, privilege, and responsibility where participants unpacked the true meaning of allyship and considered ways to be better humans in their personal and professional lives. The participants left the session with a plan for executing the work that authentic allyship requires.
